Hartland Property - Energy Certificate for Murcian Properties Published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) Royal Decree 235/2013, of 5th April, approving the basic procedure for certification of energy efficiency of buildings, for compliance with Directive 2010/31/UE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19th May 2010.
